This position is full time for qualified CA(SA) or CFA candidates, with 4-5 years’ experience post articles. The company hiring, is involved in the Corporate Finance space and the role entails leading and executing the due diligence procedures. Understanding the engagement scope and assist more junior members in performing the procedures assigned to them. Responsible for writing significant or most parts of the report deliverable and communicating findings to the client.
- Due Diligence experience (85% of their working career) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - reports need to be ready for senior review - Good computer skills (Powerpoint and Excel) - Highly technological inclination - Project Management Skills - People Management Skills - Exposure to larger transactions that are complex - Able to utilise strong local insights to the due diligence - Experience in running multiple projects simultaneously
