A growing Property Development, Management and Property Asset Management company with assets in Africa is looking to appoint a Head of Finance. THe successful candidate will report to the MD and Group CFO and will be responsible for the entire Finance function as well as acting as 2IC and a sounding board to the MD. The incumbent will be required to provide financial insight into the performance of the business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Strategy, Budgets and planning
• Reporting
• Overhead budgets and other related expenditure
• Audit and other financial schedules with external parties
• Management and Leadership
• System maintenance and implementation
• Cashflow
• Payroll and HR
• General Administration

REQUIREMENTS

• CA(SA) or other Finance related qualification

• Specific Commercial Property experience

• Prior Financial Management experience preferred

• Ability to provide financial insights

• Ability to provide Operation and Strategic value

• MDA systems experience would be beneficial
