Senior Consultant.

A leading consulting firm with over 15 years of expertise in BBBEE and strategy advisory, serving prominent listed and multinational clients is looking for a Senior Consultant to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advisor to a portfolio of clients
• Building innovative solutions for adoption and implementation of change and transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with client teams to entrench change and transformation throughout the organisations
• Facilitate strategy sessions with clients to develop sustainable transformation plans
• Work with the team to develop and collect best of breed case studies to continue to build the
transformation toolkit and establish benchmarks
• Understand, interpret and keep abreast of any changes to relevant legislation, including the BEE Act, the
Employment Equity Act etc
• Manage and respond to day-day requests from clients
• Understand client supply chains and be able to provide advice to enhance the value chain in terms of
localisation; increasing spend with SMMEs and BEE performance
• Assist clients in formulating and implementing high impact community projects under the Socio Economic Development pillar
• May support seniors in internal strategic portfolios and business development
• Deliver highest quality of customer service and maintain the Trusted Advisor relationship with Transcend
clients
• B-BBEE Audit preparation.
• Facilitation of on-site audit and addressing related queries.
